How to become a member:
Those wishing to become members (whether Full or Affiliate) will need to demonstrate an appropriate level of competency, based on a broad list of 35 elements, split into 5 groups:
- Competency 1 – Health data / Activity Modelling
- Competency 2 – Health documentation and evidence
- Competency 3 – Clinical engagement
- Competency 4 – Spatial planning
- Competency 5 – Equipment and IT planning
You will also need to provide 3 project summaries (maximum 650 words each) to demonstrate your experience and skills – a TAB (Project Exp 1, 2, 3) is set up for each, please ensure you complete all the details required.
Once your application is received it will be reviewed by a member of the Health Planning Academy.
When we notify you of the success of your application, we will ask you to pay the annual membership fee within 30 days of receiving the notification.
