Tina is Managing Director of Lexica and leads the 20+ strong Healthcare Strategy +Planning team. She has over 30 years of experience in the UK and Internationally in healthcare strategy and planning. An architect by background, her experience and expertise ranges from high-level strategic clinical service and infrastructure reviews, to developing detailed plans for major health infrastructure projects in Europe, Middle East and Australasia. Tina is also a founding director of the Healthcare Planning Academy which aims to promote the profession and develop accreditation and standards across practitioners. She has presented at numerous conferences and webinars internationally.
